Product Description

Professional Food Machinery Precision Casting

Precision casting of food machinery usually adopts stainless steel material, which requires high surface finish. The stainless steel model is mostly used in 316L and 304 steel, capable of handling complex shapes. The production is mainly completed by the silica sol process.

Food Machinery Precision Casting Parameter

Diverse Material Capabilities

Our expertise covers a wide range of materials including carbon steel, low carbon steel, medium carbon steel castings, high carbon steel, alloy steel precision casting, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, and high nickel steel. These components serve critical roles in auto parts, forklift parts, ship components, train parts, mechanical engineering, petroleum machinery, and mining machinery. Our products are trusted in more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.

Advanced Production Facilities

The facility covers an area of 30,000 square meters, supported by more than 200 employees, including 10 R&D personnel and 12 quality control specialists. We operate three production lines: two for composite processes (silica sol + water glass) and one dedicated silica sol process. With an annual output of 8,000 tons, our enterprise is ISO9001:2005 certified and fully approved by environmental protection departments as a green casting enterprise.

Automated Production: Since 2015, we have implemented automatic wax injection machines, silica sol process robots, automatic wind main lines, and automated pouring systems to guarantee shell quality.
Weight Range: Capable of completing precision casting products ranging from 0.1KG to 500KG.
Precision Specs: Products can achieve wall thickness as low as 3mm, effectively avoiding defects like porosity, sand holes, and shrinkage.

Optimized Composite Process

Our unique composite process (silica sol + water glass) utilizes low-temperature wax. By using silica sol for the outer four shell layers and water glass for the inner three layers, we produce items with surface finishes and internal quality nearly identical to pure silica sol processes but at a significantly more competitive price. This makes it ideal for large-batch production where quality and cost-efficiency are paramount.

Rigorous Inspection & Quality Control

Equipped with a dedicated physical and chemical laboratory, we utilize advanced inspection tools including:

  • Spectrometer & Metallographic Analyzer
  • Three Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
  • Impact and Tensile Testing Machines
  • Hardness Testers & Magnetic Particle Inspection
  • Ultrasonic Testing

Full-Scale Machining Services

Our machining capabilities include two horizontal machining centers, CNC machining centers, bench drills, vertical and rocker arm drilling machines, milling machines, grinders, planers, and CNC lathes, providing an all-round solution for finished components.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials are typically used for food machinery castings?
We primarily use high-grade stainless steel such as 304 and 316L, which offer excellent corrosion resistance and the high surface finish required for food-grade applications.
What is the weight range of the parts you can produce?
Our precision casting process can handle parts ranging from as small as 0.1KG up to 500KG.
What is the advantage of your composite process?
The composite process (silica sol + water glass) provides a surface finish and internal quality comparable to the pure silica sol process but at a much lower cost, making it highly efficient for mass production.
Can you cast parts with complex shapes and thin walls?
Yes, our automated silica sol process allows us to produce complex geometries with wall thicknesses as low as 3mm while maintaining high precision.
How do you ensure the internal quality of the castings?
We utilize a full suite of testing equipment including spectrometers, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle inspection to ensure parts are free from porosity, sand holes, and other defects.
Do you offer post-casting machining services?
Yes, we have a comprehensive machining workshop equipped with CNC centers, lathes, milling, and drilling machines to provide finished, ready-to-use components.
